Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Reserved Minimums

Half-Day Mediation: 4 hour minimum

Full-Day Mediation: 8 hour minimum

The applicable minimum reserves the mediator's time exclusively for your matter. The reserved minimum is applied toward the mediation fee and is not an additional charge.

If the mediation extends beyond the reserved period, additional time will be billed at the applicaple hourly rate.

The reserved minimum remains applicable if the mediation concludes before the end of the reserved period.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Written notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be recieved at least 5 full business days before the scheduled mediation to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellations or rescheduling with fewer than 5 full business days notice will be subject to the applicable reserved minimum.

If the reserved time is successfully rebooked with another mediation, the cancellation fee may be waived.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or ordered by the court, mediation fees and cancellation fees are divided equally among the parties.

Payment

The applicable reserved minimum must be paid by the deadline stated in the mediation confirmation to secure the reservation. The amount paid will be credited toward th emediation fee.

Additional mediation time and other authorized charges are due in accordance with the firm's invoice.

Reservation Policy

I understand that mediation dates are reserved exclusively for the parties. Half-day mediations are subject to a 4 hour minimum and full-day mediation to an 8 hour minimum. The reserved minimum is applied toward mediation fees and is not an additional charge. Cancellations or rescheduling made fewer than five full business days before the scheduled mediation may result in the applicable minimum fee becoming due.
