

Standard rates shown are for two-party matters. Unless otherwise agreed or ordered, mediation fees are divided equally between the parties. Multi-party and complex matters may be quoted separately.

$500/hour - $250/hour per party
Ideal for focused disputes or matters where the parties are already close to resolution.
Half Day Mediation 4 Hours
$2,000 total - $1,000 per party
Dedicated time to work through disputed issues and explore meaningful resolution.
Full Day Mediation
8 Hours
$4,000 total - $2,000 per party
Best suited for complex matters requiring additional time for negotiation and resolution.
Additional Time
$500/hour - $250/hour per party
Available when additional time is needed beyond the originally reserved mediation session.
Multi-Party
$200/hour per party

Review of mediation summaries and reasonable pre-mediation preparation.
Extensive document review, conferences, or preparation outside the ordinary scope of the mediation may be billed separately at $500/hour with advance notice.
Travel time charges may apply for Mediation & Arbitration held out of office.
Mediation dates are reserved exclusively for the parties. Half-day mediations are subject to a 4-hour minimum and full-day mediations to an 8-hour minimum. The reserved minimum is applied toward the mediation fee and is not an additional charge.
Reservation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least five 5 full business days’ notice. With less notice, the applicable reserved minimum may become due. If the reserved time is successfully rebooked, the cancellation fee may be waived.
