Biography
Charles “Trip” Bechert III is the founder of Bechert & Associates, P.A. and a Florida trial attorney with more than 30 years of legal experience. Admitted to The Florida Bar in 1993, he began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County before entering private practice. His work includes personal injury, estate planning, probate, family law, mediation and civil and business disputes.
Trip earned his undergraduate degree from St. Thomas University and his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1992. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit and Family Mediator and is admitted in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He holds an AV peer-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
